Facilitating change

Facilitating change; if we criticise for not changing, not changing fast enough or not changing enough then we create an environment that no longer feels safe and we risk shutting the learner down….if the environment feels unsafe they will not ask questions or share opinions and thoughts.

Make your learners environment one that feels safe. That way you can help them as they make change. That change might be emotional, about belief systems or about behaviour.
